Your mind: A prison or a palace?

Remember that the past and the future are ‘ideas’ but they do not exist singularly from each other. They are all here in the Ocean, as waves. Each memory and past event, each future desire and thought co exists here. Nothing is linear as we have been taught. We live in a vibrating, fluctuating wave of constant movement. We have been taught to quantify this into time, into events, defining beginnings and ends. When in truth it is endless and we cannot quantify it.

the mind can be our prison or our palace. The most exciting garden to explore or the most hostile ground, where nothing new grows except the weeds of yesterday. We are the gardeners. What we make of it, is entirely our own making. What are you seeding in your garden today?

You Are A Flower In The Beautiful Garden Of Humanity

The Sun shines everywhere and each flower enjoys. The flower blossoms and its inner beauty are displayed for all to see and admire. This is the way of Nature and the flow of the Life Force of the universe.

Human nature has been hidden from view and controlled by the limitations of our ego/mind. When we look at the world through our ego/mind we see a narrow view of reality and the more we focus, the more narrow our view becomes. Then we become afraid and worry about not getting what we want and start to compete. We become fearful of the delicate flower of our dreams and the tender nature of our heart and try to protect our self. Instead of seeing the support from the universe, our mind conjures up worry that our dreams will never come true. When we close the curtains of our window to the world, even the sunshine cannot get in. Then we feel lonely and inadequate.

It all began from the limited view of our ego/mind and multiplies our fear as we narrow our vision of reality. Open the curtains of perception and let the sun shine into the room of our heart. All fear will disappear and we will feel the support of the sunshine of the universe touching all life everywhere. There is no competition between the flowers. Together they make a beautiful garden. Each flower blossoming in the sun and doing what is natural to do as a beautiful flower so everyone can enjoy their beauty. When our heart is open and the sun shines into our heart, all the Life Force and love power that we need comes to us and our life becomes magnificent.

Patience is a Virtue….

Waiting is an essential skill; patience is a powerful force. Good timing is an ally of those with inner strength — the kind of strength that allows you to be uncompromisingly honest with yourself, while sticking to the path you have charted. If you persevere with a positive attitude, time weakens even the hardest obstacles. To rush anything, or impatiently force results, stimulates resistance and causes setbacks. At best, you achieve surface changes — the kind that can just as quickly be reversed. Steadfast waiting — while holding to your integrity leads to slow but permanent improvements. In the end, you accomplish something great. Practice patience.

The Sun Died For The Moon Every Night…To Let Her Breathe

“Tell me the story about how the sun loved the moon so much he died every night to let her breathe.”
” There once was a moon, as beautiful as can be, only the stars could fathom, but the sun could not see. The sun so radiant, he burns so bright. The moon so luminous, but only showed her face during the night. She was untouchable, surrounding herself with a blanket of darkness. The sun would give anything to catch a glimpse of the Moon illuminating the beautiful night sky.

Until one day when the Sun was sliding out of the heavens, he caught a glimpse of her. She was peeking up, a rare side of her being exposed to the light. And while the Sun could shine, he knew the Moon could glow.

Just as the Stars were wandering into the night, the Sun fell in love like a snowball hurding down a mountain. How he wished to see her move than the fleeting moments he shared with her at both dawn and dusk. But they were a world apart.

“Go,” she whispered to him one of those nights, her voice as sweet and sorrowful as the last light of morning. “Go and let me breathe, for you and I have decided fates. You illuminate the day, and I cast a glow one the night. We will never be. Our connection would go against what all the people believe, all they know” During the summer he would stay a little longer just in case she would change his mind. It was no use.

“Don’t you dare abandon your blessing of light for my darkness.” And those were the last words the Moon was strong enough to speak to the Sun.

The Sun could feel her peaceful soul and it soon became clear. He would die each and every night to let his true love breathe, for it would put an end to all her misery.

” a tale like this should be heard and seen.”

“And no one will know it is the story of you and me.”
